Masters Week
Now, Cherokee Run Country Club will begin to take tee time reservations for the dates Saturday April 3, 2010 thru Sunday April 11, 2010. Known in Atlanta as Masters Week, this period is the busiest week of the year at Cherokee Run as we welcome golfers from around the world who are on their way to Augusta. Located an easy 4 miles from Interstate 20, Cherokee Run Golf Club is literally "On the Road to Augusta". The information supplied below is for your reference on the policies and procedures for securing tee times at Cherokee Run during Masters Week. After reading the policies please call the pro shop at 770.785.7904 (Ext. 1) to book your times. Please have a major credit card on hand when you call the pro-shop. Please note: Any tee times booked through our on-line tee time reservation system will not be honored and will be cancelled upon confirmation of booking. YOU MUST CALL THE PRO-SHOP TO BOOK YOUR TEE TIMES!!!
Masters Week prices
Green Fees will include:
- Pre-Booking Charge
- Range Balls
- Breakfast and lunch buffets
- Gift packs (to include commemorative hat, bag of tees and Cherokee Run logo ball)
In order to book a tee time more than 1 week in advance we will require that the tee time be secured with a major Credit Card. All applicable green fees will be processed when making the tee time. Please see cancellation policy below.
- Normal tee time (less than 1 week)………………$80.00/player
* No need to pre pay if T/T made within 1 week window!!!!
* Please be advised that this is our busiest week of the year and tee times will be scarce.
- Replay…………………………………..……...……...$49.00/player
* Replay times will not be booked until after 200pm.
* There must be at least 5.5 hours between original tee time and replay time.
* If you do not want to pre-pay, replay rate will be $21.25 for 18 holes on a space available basis but you may not make a tee time!!!
Cancellation Policy:
* More than 1 week-------Full Refund
* 4—6 Days----------------$70
* Less than 72 hours-----Rain Check or shop credit will be issued; NO REFUNDS
Rain/Inclement Weather Policy:
During March and April the weather in Georgia is very unpredictable. We advise all of our guests to be prepared for the possibility to play in inclement weather and to bring the necessary equipment to play in both rain and possibly cold weather. By securing a tee time, golfers agree to the following conditions:
* There will be no refunds issued unless the course is closed by the Superintendent. Rain checks or pro shop credit will be issued!!
* If weather is inclement, but course is still open pro shop credit will be given to any golfer and/or group who decide they do not want to play.
PGA Policy (Class A):
* If playing with at least 3 paying guest $16; If not $48.00
* We will need the professional's PGA #, Section Affiliation, Course name and phone number when booking tee time.
* Professionals must have and present current 2009 PGA ID Card when checking in. If card does not have photo, the professional must present another valid piece of identification in addition to the Card.
Apprentices
* $48.00 if playing with paying guest(s) and/or PGA Class A professional.
